A large double room, suitable for families, especially with kids. Room has 1 Queen size bed and 1 Twin Bed. Equipped with all modern amenities including a mini refrigerator. Maximum 3 guests are allowed in this room without extra charges.

Reservations & Payment Policy:
  • For Reservations, kindly contact us on +91-8900930566 or email us at info@hotelrainbird.in from Monday – Saturday between 100hrs – 1830hrs (IST)
  • Reservations are held provisionally up to a pre-specified cut-off period/date after which they are automatically released unless payment is received.
  • Reservations will be confirmed only after 50% payment in advance.
  • Rates are subject to change without prior intimation.
  • Any Hikes in Govt. Taxes, the same would be charged accordingly over and above the room / meal rates.
Child Policy:
  • Child below 5 years will be complimentary (without extra mattress).
  • Child (5 to 12 yrs.) will be charged Rs. 700/-per night (without extra mattress) inclusive of breakfast & GST.
  • Extra Adult will be charged Rs. 1500/- per night with bed inclusive of breakfast & GST.
  • Child of 12 years and above is treated as Adult.
Cancellation Policy:
  • For cancellations received before 15 days or more – No refund.
  • For cancellations received before 21 days or more – 50% will be refunded.
  • For cancellations received before 30 days or more – 75% will be refunded.
  • No refund for cancellation on bookings from 15 December to 15 January.
  • No refunds for unused nights or early check-out.
  • Bookings confirmed on Discounted Rate will be considered as a non-refundable booking.
  • In case the guest has an International bank account, and then any bank charges applicable are to be borne by the customer.
  • The Hotel is not responsible for room cancellation for the cancellation of flight / ferry.
  • The Hotel is not Liable for cancellation of reservation due to climatic changes.
  • Any Govt. policy, duties & taxes add or deduct at the time of occupancy the same would be charged accordingly over and above the Room Tariff /F&B/Other Services.
  • No Check In will be given to Foreigner, NRI or POI without Valid Passport, Visa & RAP
